This is an outdated hotel with doors leading to the outside. Various homeless will approach you and claim they are harmless. They are scary. When we complained to the desk they laughed it off. Room was filthy with a big burn hole in the carpet from an iron. Ask for our money back and they refused. We went across the street to the Holiday Inn. Manager has yet to return our call to authorize a refund. I'm sure it will be a long wait. Do yourself and your family a favor and go somewhere else or just sleep in your locked car with the alarm on. This hotel(?) is an armpit and it ain't been washed lately.
