We stayed at this hotel when in Birmingham for a family funeral. The staff was compassionate and very accommodating. They dealt quickly with a small mold problem in the bathroom (thus the 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5; otherwise it was spotless). They were always friendly and polite, from desk clerks to cleaning staff. The location was convenient and very quiet, even though it's located on a busy road. Numerous excellent restaurants were a short drive away. The morning breakfast bar was first-rate. The only other negative was the indoor pool ... while clean and comfortable, the atmosphere in the room was overwhelmingly hot and humid. However, our girls had a great time swimming. If visiting again, we would be more than comfortable staying at this hotel.

Excellent check-in experience. Didn't waste my time, fast and professional. Front desk staff was very friendly, personable and sincerely interested. Lobby and breakfast area very clean and attractive. Room was comfortable and clean, included microwave and refrigerator to our surprise. Adjacent to a Chik-fi-la Restaurant. Breakfast was very good, attendant was friendly and helpful and area was kept well-stocked and very clean. Good value for the price.

Staff was so helpful with my children. Made stay special with hot chocolate station at desk. Staff provided great directions to area attractions and made helpful suggestions on restaurants. Hotel is a great value. It is the lowest priced Marriott in the area. We will definitely stay here again. They have an indoor pool. This is hard to find in Birmingham.

Although this was a smaller version of most Fairfield Inns, it had all the amenities found in larger hotels. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were on the third floor and absolutely no outside noise could be heard. Breakfast was good and offered many choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
