I have stayed at a few cheap hotels, but this is the absolute worst.  I have never written a review but was so disgusted I had to warn people.  The room was filthy.  The floor had a thick layer of dirt and grime.  Not possible to safely walk barefoot.  Stains on the sheets.  No toilet paper.  No pots or pans.  But these things pale in comparison to the revolting smells.  I first noticed it inside the room and bought some candles.  Then I almost passed out when I walked to my car.  I heard that there is a sewage treatment plant next door.  The workers must be used to it because one said hi to me but I could not reply because I was trying to keep from gagging.  I was harrassed by drunk hillbillies on a regular basis.  One just stood there, beer in hand, waiting for me to get out of my car when I parked.  So i drove away and stayed away for hours to escape them.  I walked my dog in a giant hoodie and frumpy pants so they could not see that I am female.  Hands down worst place I have ever stayed!

Wanted to thank you again for being there when needed the most. After looking and booking a hotel for the Tn vs Al game, and finding on arriving to the most God awful place I and the 3 people with me were in a panic. All the hotels were full. At the Jameson Inn we were assisted by Hurley, for she went to work on our behalf and put us in touch with Tiara of Sun Suites. We arrive to friendship and care. Our rooms were clean and ready for weary travelers. We were even given directions to the game.
When back at home I had misplaced my computer cord. Call back to Sun Suite and being help by Sonya proved you all are at the top of customer service. Sonya and the maid looked for my cord (sorry, I located it in by bag the next morning after much needed rest, LOL)
I recommend you hotel to anyone that needs comfort and courtesy

Omg the smell!!! The entire area surrounding the hotel smells god awful. It is the worst smell I have ever smelled in my life. It smells something lke rotting fish. But worse. It is worse some times than others. Today it was so bad I could smell it inside my room. I dont know what buildings are near the hotel, but there must be some kind of toxic waste dump, sewage treatment plant, etc. It is absolutely unbearable. I almost vomitted when I walked outside.

Apart from that, the room was dirty and smelled inside, in addition to the outside smell. Do not stay at this hotel unless you bring candles and a gas mask. Seriously.

Outside looks crisp and clean. Inside of non-smoking room knocked us off our feet with the odor. Very distressed room as well. Hotel desk is still looking for an ozonator; meanwhile we are leaving the door open as long as possible to get some fresh odorless air.
