This property is below Marriott standards and the worst of Towneplace suites that I have stayed in. Badly needs updating, renovation. Tile and carpets are worn. However, the big problem is the cleanliness. The radio was clock dirty and needed replacement - bad static from dust inside. The hair dryer cord was covered in dust and stains - apparently never cleaned. Mildew on the under side of ceramic soap dishes in shower. Mattress was very soft.
The breakfast, as of Jan2012, is grab and go - no seating. 5 of the 6 cereals were sugary, childrens cereals. Only type of yogurt was one with artificial sweetner. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
Only positives are - friendly staff and good location. I would only stay there again if it was totally renovated or I got a room for under $60.
