Myself and some friends went for a bachelorette weekend and wanted to get a nice place for the bride. Boy were we embarrassed, this place was disgusting. Checked in on Friday evening and was shocked to see how much parking was, even for self parking, unless of course you wanted to walk half a mile to your car. The room was filthy, some sort of stains on the lamp shades, floors not vacuumed, light fixtures literally falling out of the walls. I spoke with the manager who moved us next to a room with a barking dog. This room had mildew in the sink and stains on both chairs, equally disgusting as the first. Management caused us to miss our dinner reservations while they "sent" someone to help us change rooms. No wi-fi for a luxury hotel? I asked management for a refund so we could just stay somewhere else and was refused. Our room included a continental breakfast and all he said he could do was upgrade our breakfast, or change rooms again. The whole hotel smelled of must or mildew. The on-duty manager promised to have the GM call me on Saturday which never happened. The only positive was the valet service and concierge staff. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

We are sorry that you and your bachorette party had a dissappointing stay at our hotel and am sorry that you didnt get to meet with me in person on your departure. I do appreciate your very objective comments and although we didnt seem to find quite the same degree of lack of room maintenance as described we did take that room out of order and completly do a work over on it. We do apologize that you got an unsatisfactory room during this stay. As you are aware the hotel will undergo a complete renovation towards the end of the year that will improve the dated appearance of the hotel.
Again, our apology for a less than satisfactory stay.
