Although I stayed at this hotel for a good while, it does not take long to notice the things wrong with it. The walls are paper thin. You can hear someone in the hall rattling their keys, talking or even the housekeeping crinkling a new trash can liner. As you walk down the halls, you can hear what each person is watching on television in their room. The walk-in shower can take up to ten minutes to get hot, especially on the second and third floor farther away from the lobby. The wireless internet can go off and on, sometimes for hours at a time. The entire staff it seems smokes, and they do it right in front of the entrance, I suppose to hear the phone which, by the way, is the most annoying ring to hear which, yes you can while in your room even if at the end of the hall on the second floor. Housekeeping can take more than three hours. If you leave due to them waking you up for your room to be cleaned, you can go watch a movie and come back, yes they're still working on it. The hotel is located very close to Highway 459 so you can hear cars on the freeway all night and day. Some rooms have no refridgerator; don't ask at check-in, they don't even know which do and which don't. Parking is horacious. As far as good things about the hotel, there is a Pizza Hut next door, a 24 hour McDonald's 1/4 mile away, movie rental, barber shop, Winn-Dixie, Taco Bell, ABC Package store, and a Wendy's very close as well. The bed is comfortable with 4 pillows in a decorative style. The tv rotates and has a decent amount of channels. When the internet works, it is pretty fast. The rooms are clean. Altogether, I rate this hotel a one out of five because there is far more problems with it than benefits.
