There is not much to see or do in this area so this hotel provides a place for business or people passing through. The rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, and flat panel TVs . Hotel provides free WiFi which I always appreciate over the places that want to charge you for it. The gym is small. The free breakfast includes hot food like omelets and make-your-own waffles along with all the other typical hotel breakfast options. There were a few things about the room that needed repair such as a toilet paper roll holder that was falling off the wall but nothing too terrible. The thing I liked most about this hotel was the staff... They were all very friendly and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

I book travel for our employees and they always make it a point to see me upon their return to let me know about their accommodations. Every one of them have said wonderful things about the Hampton Inn! They've said that they hotel is extremely clean and the staff is wonderful (which I've experienced myself just booking our travel). While they haven't had much time to enjoy it, they've said that the pool is clean and they think the deal to use the gym or the YMCA for a small charge is great when they are spending weeks there. I can't ignore the #1 comment either, they LOVE the bagel toppers for breakfast! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I make the reservations for the executives and employees of my company who come to Birmingham/Bessemer on business trips. Our hotel of choice is the Hampton Inn in Bessemer. We’ve used other local hotels (Fairfield Inn and Holiday Inn Express) when necessary but continue to go back to the Hampton Inn on return trips. The staff is awesome, very friendly and accommodating to our employees and suppliers. They provide the guests with recommendations on local restaurants like The Bright Star, Ruby Tuesdays and Logan’s, just to name a few. It is near many local businesses like Mercedes-Benz – US, US Pipe and US Steel. When our guys get a rare day off, they are given tourist info for Alabama Adventure, McWane Science Center, Barber Motor Sports and especially golf courses. The Hampton Inn is bright and clean with a homey atmosphere and a nice pool. A great addition to their stay is the included breakfast…our employees always come in with a Hampton Inn coffee cup from their breakfast that morning. The Hampton Inn is the right choice for our company and yours too!!!

I travel to Alabama for business, I always stay at the Hampton when I can,They are so clean and newly remodeled, the staff is always so helpful with whatever your needs are. They have a pool which is a plus and a full breakfast every morning which saves me so much time in the morning. I highly recommend the Hampton, Ive been to others but always go back to the Hampton.
