The hotel is located about 300m from the main street in San Pedro de Atacama, easy walking distance. So it's mostly quiet at night. The rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are well stocked, some maybe a bit small. Also every traveler gets a bottle of water for every night of stay which seems a nice touch, I haven't seen this before. The staff is very friendly and can speak English. Their breakfast was one of the best during our trip in Chile, they have deli meats/cheese/selection of breads/yogurts and even hot omelet. Coffee and tea are available any time during a day, it was a nice touch. The hotel has free WIFI but you have to sit in the lobby to use it which is kind of inconvenient, the signal doesn't reach guest rooms :-( So we browsed Internet, made calls while sipping tea... One main downside was a tiny heater in a room that actually works but doesn't heat a room at all but this matters only in winter. And, yes, no TV but we didn't care as we never stay in a room anyway.
Yes, it is not cheap - $133 for a double room and ~ $170 for 3 ppl but it's worth it if you'd like to spend a few days in San Pedro de Atacama and be able to take nice showers and have a good breakfast every day... Note, San Pedro has cheap hostals (if you are into those) for about $60 per night and luxury resorts for $300 so this hotel is the best option considering everything...
