We had a standard double. Our friends had the room next door. Rooms small with no place to set the luggage. Beds had been upgraded by placing a small, foam mattress on top of the lumpy regular mattress. The foam eventually slid off the bed while one was sleeping. No shower curtain so the entire bathroom was the shower. On the plus side, water was hot, breakfast was OK and some of the staff spoke English. Also, parking was available at the front of the hotel for an extra charge (8 leva per day). The location of the hotel is excellent- right downtown so perhaps it would be worth paying a bit more for an upgraded double. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
