- Hotel Location is good for southern side of São Paulo and shopping mall beside the hotel;
- Services matched the category of this hotel, ;
- Staffs are kindly but "sometime" takes very long time for check-in/check-out;
- Rooms are according Ibis standard but still need improvement by management level, sometime at some room have issue about cleanliness, TV remote control, door's lock, etc.

“Very good.”
I almost always get this hotel when I go to São Paulo for business. It's near the places I use to visit, and I'm ok about its services.
Last trip i just noticed the bathroom was not quite clean, that's why I rated Very Good instead of Excelent.
But, actually, it's a very nice hotel.
