Spent four nights this hotel, one of which was new-year’s-eve. We were generally happy with our stay.

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient, walking distance to the busy strip on Paulista, and high-end shops/restaurants in the Jardim district. The steep hills of the neighbourhood might be a bit of a challenge for those who want to explore by foot, but we took them as excuses to skip the gym. We felt safe walking around the hotel even at 2 or 3am in the morning (there are bars and dance clubs just a few blocks north of Paulista, and we walk to and from the hotel late in the evening feeling perfectly safe).

We were in a room on the 10th floor. The room was spacious and up to date. The décor was simple and practical. It had large windows so it can be bright if you want it to be. The wifi worked very well. The bathroom was of reasonable size and clean. Shower room was well designed with good water pressure. The King size bed was fairly comfortable.

Overall, we were quite content with our stay, and would certainly consider returning when we return to Sao Paulo.

Mercure São Paulo Jardins was incredible. I have stayed in many hotels while on business and personal travel this year and Mercure was one of the best hotels I have used. Great location, safe, extremely confortable and by far one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. The majority of the employees speak English and were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. If you visit São Paulo I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great. The room is huge, but poorly furnished. I loved the ceiling shower. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I do think the rate is rather expensive, but I have to admit that this is widespread in Sao Paulo.

The hotel is well placed just 3 blocks from Av Paulista. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. There was some street noise but no more than any other city hotel that I have stayed in.
