I don't have much experience with reviews, and frankly 3 points seemed to fall short while 4 stars (very good) seemed too much...I would say is a good hotel (3.5 :)).

I particularly liked the courtyard and the special dinners they organize in it. The room are big, but don't look that nice. Service is good, room service not great and I would recommend going to the many restaurants around the hotel.. I liked the breakfast and I got a good sleep. All in all, it was a good experience, but nothing very memorable. It is a plain hotel, that gets it right.

If you are going to spend most of the time city touring and staying at trendy hotels is not in your priorities I would definitely recommend Estanplaza.

Absolutely an exceptional hotel. The location was great being just a few min.s walk far from the famous Av.Paulista. The staff were not only friendly but at the same time very professional. The breakfast has always been great enriched with many types of tropical fruits. Will definitely stay at the same place the next time I visit Sao Paulo.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a good position a few blocks back from Paulista Avenue. The reception staff were friendly and efficient.
The hotel is quite small (i guess this is the reason it is a boutique hotel?). I was on a high floor, but there was no r4eal view of the city.
The room was a good size, clean but a little tired.
I had difficulty ordering room service as many of the staff seemed to speak no English.
I was annoyed that ever time I came to use my electronic door key the memory had been erased and I had to go to reception to get it re-mapped.
Breakfast had a reasonable selection.
Overall the hotel is OK, but nothing special.

This hotel is very charming and comfortable. The rooms have been refurbished and are spacious and clean. Large glass doors in the apartments.
Bed and bathroom excellent.
Near the Avenida Paulista. I love it.
