I was there for a week, on a business travel at Av. Faria Lima. The neighbourhood is quite nice, seems safe also at nights, or in the evenings - a lot of people with ties on the street, and nice spots ot eat and have a beer in a walking distance. Rooms are a bit small though. And bedclothes could be renewed from time to time. Internet connection broke down from time to time, and prices for printing in the business centre were a bit high: 6€ for some 8 copies or so. Staff is really friendly and speaks several languages (english and italian at least). Nice roof deck. swimming pool on top and the ability to look over sao paulo when you do fitness - thats great. and it is a nice spot to relax a bit from the hectic in the streets. (don't know thoug how crowded it is in summer, i was there in winter)

For those with business meetings in Sao Paulo this is one of a handful of hotels in the Faria Lima area. Well presented and with excellent staff the hotel provides a pleasant and clean room. Facilities are minimal outside of the an average restaurant and small bar, but for those dining out with clients this will not be an issue.

This is a great hotel, very pleasant with great services. There is only a lot of traffic around the hotel... this a is very busy area of the town. Overall, i would definitely stay there again.

It is a great business hotel, but I go there with my little children and we feel there pretty much at home.
The breakfast ( which is included in the price) it is WOW!!!
In resume this one is highly recommended.
