Is really bear to the national São Paulo Airport. If you are going to be working AR the South of the city ia a godo place. Good restaurant, nothing special, but ezpensive. Try caipirinhas at the bar and pão de queso at brekfast

I am actually on the hotel, stayed 5 days, definitvely not a good hotel at all.
Bad service, since check in, I reerved 1 queen, give me 2 beds (very small beds) if I turn while sleeping sure I fall down to the floor, then I have to wait 1 hour and fight so they change me finally to 1 "queen" (Very bad bed) I have back pain, bad sleep wear, bad towels, the TV is a very small TV and from 80´s. Internet is only cable. The instalations need maintenance, bathroom is not clean, I don´t wanted to touch anything from bathroom as it looks dirty or rusty. Defenitvely will never come back when need to stay near congonhas. Room service, terrible, I order a "Double" picanha hamburguer, and wait for it 1 1/2 hours, and call 3 times but no response of time, then I get a mini hamburguer, alone in a small dish (how is possible to serve a hamburguer without any side dish) no fries, nothing, and the taste was not good. Terrible!. I was running on the gym and close at 23.00 then appear a security guy at 23.10 tell me need to close I ask him to give me 10min so I finish my running but tell me "NO!" (aggressive actitude), and wait in side of me so I go out. Don´t understand why need to close it if there are no rooms near the gym installation.

Our three members of key correspondents team stayed at this hotel from 25 June to 1st July, as we were providing on-site coverage for a meeting held in WTC Sheraton (10-15 minutes by taxi). Firstly, the hotel as such, is good - friendly Portugese speaking reception and other staff, and helps you learn sign language fast :) rooms are really good - the beds are very comfortable, work desk and relaxing chair in the room is also very good. the bathroom is neat and room housekeeping satisfactory. The lift or elevator requires room key card to take you to the floor - so good security,. The internet is free in the room but only cable ethernet connection (good speed). no wifi, so those using iPhone or iPad - haha, please bring your laptop :)

The restaurant Poddium is good, breakfast satisfactory - although ditto same everyday - but good. Parking, swimming pool, etc is good too.

This hotel is expensive from Indian standards (Brazialian Real 200+) but right across Congonhas airport so good for those who are either having layover in Sao Paulo and travelling through Congonhas or working close by in this area. The main downtown is at least one hour away and most destinations are very far, The International Guaroholas airport is about 1-1.5 hours drive from this hotel.

Another alert from my side is that it took me close to 45 minutes to check-in and about 30 minutes to check-out during rush hours :|

Stayed here for one day for business, working on a training presentation. This hotel is mostly for locals, it is a big hotel so there is a large number of guests. Take an extra 30 to 45 minutesto check-out early in the morning, there's going to be a long line in the lobby and only two reception people. Breakfast is ok, lots of people though, so be patient. Internet access: NO WIFI at all in this hotel, only old school RJ45 Ethernet cable (which they provide to you for free at the front desk), once you connect your laptop speed is good, no proxy settings needed. But, if you have an iPad or iPhone you're out of luck, no Internet access. Room has a small desk and lamp that is good enough to be able to work, no complaints there. Cleanliness needs to be improved a bit, the beds are clean, on the hard side, but some of the decoration pictures had mold in them... Also, expect a lot of traffic noise all day and night long, hotel is on a major expressway so traffic is 24x7, very loud. One of the benefits of this hotel is that is within walking distane (a couple of blocks) from the Congonhas airport, which has some restaurants, shops and pharmacy's if you need anything. So if you're booking local flights this is the place to be, a lot of the local airline crews stay here and walk to the airport, takes 15 minutes. There's easy access to taxi's right infront of the hotel if needed. I would say for a business trip this is good enough and covers the basics plus it has very close access to the airport.
