Stayed here while my spouse was traveling on business. Very nice clean hotel, nice clean rooms. Good size rooms, even though the bathrooms would be considered small by American standards.
Great breakfast spread in the hotel restaurant in the morning. Small gym at the hotel as well as one indoor and one outdoor pool. Fun little bar across the courtyard from the hotel as well.
I would stay here again.

“Great hotel with good infrastructure and well located.”
The hotel is located in Vila Olimpia in front of the newly opened shopping Vila Olimpia, close to the financial district of Sao Paulo.
The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The service and breakfast are also very good. Great bed and free wired Internet service (slow, but free). It offers flat screen TV with most international channels but the image is poor.
The central air conditioning sometimes don't cool quick, but it's ok.
I'm being the first to post pictures of the hotel, hope can help.

“bland business hotel”
Bland business hotel, no bar. In a boring area. looks nice from the exterior but the rooms are a bit tatty. Better off staying in Jardins or somewhere else with more character.

Primeiramente agradeço seus comentários, pois é através destas ferramentas que podemos mensurar a qualidade de nossa infra-estrutura, serviços e atendimento.
A partir de janeiro, todos os nossos aptos são não fumantes. Porém, caso algum hóspede fume dentro do apto, há a cobrança de uma taxa de higienização para limpeza do apto. O que pode realmente ter acontecido neste caso, em algum apto próximo.
Agradeço os seus elogios em relação a nossa equipe e ao café da manhã!
