For those who need a hotel around Avenida Paulista, the location is very good. However, it looks and feels like the apartment was decorated in the middle 1980's and since then only minor fixing seemed have been done. Once you enter the spaced apartment (room with tv set and couch, small kitchen, bathroom and bed room) you might feel like thousands of people have been there through the years. Breakfast is an inch better than mediocre when it comes to quality, although serving a nice range of food: cake, bread, cereal, yogurt, waffle, two different fruit juices, coffee, milk, scrambled eggs, sausage. At night, or very early in he morning (I couldn't tell, was sleeping) I've heard loud noises for a few minutes. Bottom-line: if price and good location are priorities, you should consider this hotel. If not, try something else.
