I stayed there a couple of times and both the rooms and the service were great. The amenities are from Granado. The only negative point is the traffic in front of the hotel during week days.

The hotel is good and the employees are likeable. Location was excellent for my intentions. But rooms aren't so good for de hotel level.

Hadn't been to the Hyatt SP for about 9 months as their price point is often times a bit higher than the Hilton, my other choice located 3 blocks away. Delighted to see that the hotel is still as nice as I remembered with attentive staff, evening turn down service (try getting that in most USA hotels these days). The additional $80 dollars for the Club level is more than worth it, especially if travelling as a couple as the breakfast is fabulous and the happy hour with buffet gives you little reason to go roaming outside for a meal.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past few years and have enjoyed it every time.

The hotel rooms are very nice and specifically the showers are really good. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a great variety and you can also ask them to cook something of your taste. They serve a variety of fresh juices in the morning which is very refreshing. The collection of fresh fruit is also very healthy. Other than that they have cereal, sushi, bacon, toast, etc.

The Internet speed is fairly good and you can get your work done easily.

The gym is little crowded but have all different sorts of equipment. There is a weights room and a separate aerobics room with several treadmills, ellipticals, and bike. There is a small room inside the aerobics room to stretch out and do your cross training regime with medicine ball and dumbbells.

The hotel staff is very friendly, can exchange money at the front desk, and generally always have taxi on demand. However its advisable to book your personal taxi in the morning.

The lounge on 20th floor is very useful as it always have some sort of snacks available.

Watch out, this hotel is a pick up point as well on weekend nights as well ;-)

The hotel is also close to Morumbi mall which is a huge shopping outlet for local Brazilian made goods.



I'd definitely consider staying with my family for my next trip here.
