I stayed here for two nights whilst on business.
My room was extremely comfortable and well laid out - the dressing room in between the bedroom and bathroom is a real winner. Lots of mirrors, large shower and very comfortable bed. Nice touch having Brazilian music CDs and player in the sitting area. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good although its not a place to have a drink in the evenings - the bar is pretty dead. All in all it felt like a very comfortable home from home and very quiet.

Stayed here for work, don't think I'd be able to have afforded it otherwise, but a lovely lovely hotel.

My room/apartment was superb - lovely suite, with a huge walk through (not walk in as you access the bathroom through it!) wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and drawers.

Bathroom was lovely, very spacious shower and a jacuizzi bath.

Gym was a little on the small side and the air conditioning never seemed to be switched on, instead the doors were left open out to the thin pool, which I never used, but it was adequate.

Breakfast was fantastic.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Although we were all disappointed that the bar didn't stay open very late in the evenings, ie if you went out for a meal it would be closed by the time you came back!

Really enjoyed my stay.

I have now stayed here 5 times this year and it was recommened to me by my Sao Paulo friend. The hotel is just a real treat. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are beautifully fitted out and the std rooms are huge (twice any normal hotel size) with two glass doors leading onto the balcony (front hotel rooms only). The room is cleaned beautifully each day, as many times as required....the staff are so friendly and warm, they cannot do enough. The location is excellent and there are many places to eat and drink within 3 min walk, banks and parks. Many of the people live here year round and the feeling is of a very plush NY apartment building, not a hotel....very relaxed....food is always great inc the comp breakfast.....i travel 2-3 weeks a month and this is just the best place and terrific value for money....it feels like home to me.......

The hotel is really great spot in SP. Alto de Pinheiros area is one of the best in the city, with lots of restaurants and bars around. This place have great rooms, free internet, gorgeous breakfast, nice gym and small but cosy swimming pool. 100% recommandable...
