Estanplaza Berrini is part of a local chain of hotels in Brazil. This was my second stay at the Berrini. Mostly Brazilian businessmen tend to stay here during the week, on weekends the place does not have many customers staying over. The rate we paid was $121 Reals (about $55 USD) and a good buffet breakfast is included. For lunch or dinner, the restaurant is OK but not a wide selection of items on the menu. There are better places to eat down the street. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful but be advised that English is not widely spoken by all employees. For us this was not a problem. The hotel provides free Internet in the rooms and WiFi in the lobby and lounge. One recommendation I would make to someone staying here would be to get a room away from the street. Traffic can be loud in the mornings/evenings, even on the 13th floor. Request a room in the back of the building. When I return to Sao Paulo next year, I will stay here again.
