“Good hotel for the price”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 December 2010

I stayed at the Blue Tree for a business trip.

The hotel is well located, very close to Avenida Paulista. The staff was friendly and helpful. There weren't very good restaurants at walk distance but the front desk clerks would call minivans from "currascarias" to pick you up if needed.

The room was average. There was internet connection but no wifi. I did not have any meals other than breakfast at their restaurant. Breakfast was good though.

Although this hotel was good for business I would not recommend it for families.

“Very good bargin for the price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 November 2010

Sao Paulo is getting very difficult to find bargins on rooms. I use to stay at the Rennaissance at one time for $150 per night. Due to the devaluation it is not $400. SP is more expensive than NYC. I was staying at the Golden Tupil Paulista and the rooms left a lot to be desired. In my travels I came upon the Blue Tree towers down the road, and checked out the suite. The suite was huge, LR and bedroom, High Def in both rooms and two bathrooms. The rooms had been just updated according to the manger who is a Keneau Reeves look alike. The rooms were excellent, and the beds were fantstic. The breakfas although not up to the Golden Tulip was adquate. This hotel for the price is well worth it considering it is Jardins.

“Helpful Staff, Great Location good week-end rate.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 October 2010

I arrived at Sao Paulo airport at 05h00 on a Friday morning. Most hotels I phoned were full-booked and not that helpful. The staff at Blue Tree Towers were really efficient and with the hotel on the shuttle root I was on their doorstep in a flash. I was allowed to check in early and when I left on the saturday afternoon they consented to a late checkout. Lucia at the front desk was a real honey and every staff member I dealt with was extremely professional. I liked the location and the rooms had great sound-proofing. The bath drained rather slowly and that was my only gripe. It will become my standard shopping stop-over whenever I visit Brazil to do some wild-life photography. It is within walking distance of good shops and restaurants and i like the serenity - the Japanese touch.

Hotel is very good located, close to Av. Paulista, subway, etc. Rooms are clean and the staff at the Reception was very pleasant. But internet is paid and it´s expensive. Breakfast is very good with brazilian and japanese food.

“Good location.....tired room”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 May 2010

This hotel as an excellent location for tourism. Was in a luxury room, 21rst floor. I chose it for the view wich was not that great. The rooms are nice, not very spacious but ok. Average decoration. The thing is that the room is really tired and really need to be renewed. You can still find shower curtain wich is really unusual in Brasil for this kind of hotel.
Good breakfast.
As a conclusion I would say that for the same price as the Ibis Paulista (169R$/night during week ends) this one is better but don't expect a lot.
Havent' tried the pool or the internet connexion
