Arrived from Europe early morning (2.5 hour drive from Sao Paolo airport to the hotel) to be told "Sorry checkin is at 14:00" / Went to shower in the office and checked in later (lengthy process) in the evening.

Reception staff are very busy with themselves but seem to ignore customers.

Tried to use the internet in the room and after calling the front desk 7 times with no answer, they offered yto send the bell boy to check what the problem was.

Bell boy arrives 15 minutes later, does not speak English and I don't speka Portugese.

After fiddling around with my laptop, turns out they don't support Firefox ... Safari now works ... slooooooooooowly. 22$ a day for the internet but the best perk is the bottle of water in the bathroom for ... 10$ !

No in-room amenities whatsover, no coffee machine but a small fridge.

In room breakfast was not bad at all (for 28$)

I am sure there are better hotel sin Sao Paolo

perfectly fine corporate accomodation. staff have great english and are knowledgeable and attentive. the concierge did not have very good maps of the city though!

the rooms were very nice and spacious. the beds were very comfortable and the view was fine. close to a shopping centre and all the business that I had to do, it was a perfect choice for me.

cab ride to centro was about 40 minutes. cab ride to the Garulhous airport was about 50 minutes but this can easly blow out depending on the time of day. about 10 minutes to Congonhous airport from memory.

breakfast was good and internet access was expensive!

We stayed here one night on a stopover to another destination, and reaffirmed our belief that it was a business hotel.

The Good:
The hotel is very new, and everything is up to date with luxury and connectivity. So in that regard, it is nice staying in new. The room we had was very large and had windows for 270 degrees. The bathroom was big and full of granite, the air conditioning worked well, and we even had two TVs. Also, the breakfast buffet was beautifully prepared, although we had gotten up before they had started their hot meal service.

The Not so Good:
My biggest complaint was the location--frankly, it's terrible for tourism. It is far from the city center, Jardins, or Avenida Paulista. There is no easy mass transit, so you have to brave the infamous traffic and take a cab if you want to go anywhere. It is inconveniently located from the Guarulhos airport, though fairly close to the Congonhas one.

The service was also subpar. The front desk was unfriendly and seemed to care more about each other than the guest. In short, they were about as cold as the granite countertops.

And the worst of all was the concierge. She was even colder than the front desk, she was rude, and she seemed to care less about helping us.

Overall, the only reason why this managed to get 3 stars is because it was new and clean. But the service was bad. In a nutshell, this hotel caters to the business crowd. It is next to the convention center and conveniently located to some business. But, I would not recommend staying here if you are a tourist--stay somewhere closer in!

The service is excellent, the super apartment aconchegangue. For some moments I forgot that I was working. The only deficiency is that the hotel does not have gymnastics academy in the hotel, but I with certainty recommend for executives of great companies as mine.
