1. i will not give a hotel that is 5 star, a 5 star rating if they cahreg for internet, especially as the sister hotel on the same site does not.

2. there are two hotels with almost the same name on teh same site, one is 5 star and one is 3 star, I stayed in the former, which is very decent, but nothing exceptional ! next time I will stay in the other one.

3. Staff were helpful and did provide a service.

4. Was charged a whole extra day as arrived "early" although I was told it was free ! writing now to hotel, but watch it.

5. The location is quiet, but shopping centre across the road and safe area.

The service is terrible, the attitude is bad, the food is horrible. Avoid this hotel

On my first trip to Brazil, given all the news of robberies and shootings, I was a little apprehensive about my hotel. I wanted a safe place. This hotel is not only safe, but quite nice and very modern. It is well located within Sao Paulo, and near many of the major business and shopping areas. The staff are very friendly and open and try to help wherever they can. It is not a confusing place at all. The menu is good at the restaurants.

This is a very good first-time choice for visiting.

Just came back from Sao Paulo and our stay in Caesar Park was a realy good experience. Check in was quick. We were offerd herbal tea in the lobby and water from a waiter, wich was a nice touch. The hotel is very modern and new and has nice ambience all around. The room was large and the most comfortable bed! We slept like babies. The bathroom is also large with a separate shower and bath. Breakfast was very good with fresh made omelete stand a good choice of pastries, cold cuts, yogurts and fruits. Capuccinos are charged extra and very expensive so stay with regular coffee! Employees were attentive and friendly at all times.
In all we had a pleasant experience and would come back any time again.
