If you are paying by yourself, and you are on vacation, this hotel might work; however, I was there on business and it just did not meet my expectations (or come close).
The rooms are all the same, very small. I got a Queen Size bed, and it was almost the size of the whole room. The closet is tiny, and it does not even have doors. If you place your suitcase anywhere, it will get on your way. The TV is pretty old and small, and they have very few channels in English. The bathroom is very small as well, and it does not have a tub or a bidet. Towels appear to be very old, and have lost all their fluffiness. I did not like the bed clothes either (not very soft and not 100% cotton). The walls are thin, and you can hear what is going on in the next room.
Some of the good things? They have free internet @64kbps, which is not very common in Sao Paulo (no wireless though). The food was OK.
