“Nice stay and service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 January 2012

A good hotel for a business tryp. Front desk was great, and general services and cleaning was fantastic. Nice lobby, natural light on most of the places, nice breakfast (could be better), and quick elevators (yes, I know, but I don't like to waste my time waiting to get into my room!). Wifi is free and available on each floor, and wired in the room. Bathroom was a little bit small, but complete. Room was quite, clean, and with a comfortable bed. Had also a desk were to work.
Price was reasonable.

“Good Business Hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 December 2011

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. I would recommend it for business trips. The WiFi works great in the rooms and lobby (and it's free). The rooms are adequate, but, not luxurious (carpet and furnishings are bit on the older side). The only true complaint I have is the walls are thin. I could hear the people in the room next door to me. Luckily, they had children and went to bed early!

“Very good hotel”

I stayed there during my business trip to Sao Paulo. Must say it’s a very refined hotel with great and helpful staff. The breakfast was great. The rooms – clean and good equipped.
The only remark – there was no iron in the room. I had to rent one for a high price.

Room Tip: You may get a nice view from a room on top levels.

“A very good hotel but stay away from rooms around service areas”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 September 2011

The hotel was great, the lobby and rooms smell good, the room itself was very cozy, the shower just perfect. Excellent breakfast.

The only problem was that I stayed in a room in front of a service area, 7:30 a.m. employees started to work and talk really loud, make noise as if there were no rooms around. Didn't need a alarm to wake up.

I would definitely stay again, but certainly away from any service areas. Actually there should be any rooms around this kind of areas.

Room Tip: Away from service areas!!

“Tiny rooms, property problematic at peak times”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 July 2011

This place gets a considerable amount of traffic from the Transamerica Expocenter and tends to be full during important manifestations there, as besides the Hotel Transamerica itself, it is the closest place to stay for tradefair visitors. However on such occasions, when traffic is concentrated into a limited timeframe, the place shows its limits - long waiting for lift, restaurant at the capacity limit and staff kinda slow to reset vacated tables. The rooms are very small, moreover there are just a very few eating options past 9pm in the vicinity, which is about when tradefair people from Transamerica go out to eat. Morumbi Shopping is nearby (actually walkable in the daytime), as is the local train station; however access to GRU airport is a long ride and can take anything between one and three hours.

Room Tip: Higher floors are more quiet. All rooms are the same tiny size.
