“Luxury you can afford”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 October 2010

After travelling 1 month in Brazil we finished our roundtrip with 2 nights at this great hotel.
We found a good deal trough their webside and had an amazing room - the executive luxury suite for the price of a premium room. The room was 60 square meter and hada a jacuzi - a writing desk huge TV/dvd set and an amazing view of the city.
Its located in a nice area the bus outside takes you to the metro and yuor are downtown in less than half an hour.
OK its far away from the int. airport - most of the hotels in Sau Paulo are and it will cost you about 90 reais to get to the hotel.
The breakfast is included and i have never seen anything like it. A very airy restaurant with lots of business people -and a lot of food. Fruit, eggs, yoghurt, bread - at least 4 kinds and cakes, croissant, cheese, ham and juice 3 kind kinds. Amazing.
We did not bring our own laptop - and the price of using the internet is ridiculous - 15 reais for 30 minutes and we just had to check our flight back home. So we went to the metro shopping center and did it for 5 reais.
One more thing - if you ask for a taxi to take you to the airport they will charge you around 150 reais. Go to the taxistand on to the other side of the street and get it for 90.

“A complete hotel in a very good location in Moema neighborhood.”

I have stayed in this hotel twice, for eight nights each time--and have been very happy with it. It is not luxurious; it is comfortable and attractive. Weekdays it is full of businesspeople; weekends tend to attract couples of all ages. It has a minimal lobby and rooms vary in their furniture; all have stocked frigobars. The rates are quite reasonable, and if you get on their email list after a stay, you will be sent attractive offers for the future. My main criticism of the hotel (and I am a writer and editor) is that their internet service is abominable. Both times I have stayed I have had frustrating problems...needed to work (with the hotel's wifi) in the restaurant . The hotel did send technicians to my room, but the server would go down for the entire hotel too frequently. (I did complain and they have said they are in the process of updating the entire service they offer.) The breakfast is excellent--a good selection of breads, pastries, juices, fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham/turkey, and the standard scrambled eggs, platanos, and either sausage or bacon. They could use someone once a week to do something like crepes. There is excellent bus service (connecting to the city's efficient and growing metro system; they had added two new stations in the six months between my two visits) right in front of the hotel....and there are terrific restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Moema Shopping Center is 4 blocks down the street.

“Excellent location, safe area, popular with business travelers”

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a lot. The location is excellent: it's in a rather upscale part of town and the area is very safe. There were lots of business travelers here as well as some families. The staff is very good: professional and attentive. The continental breakfast was decent and it did the job for me. The only criticism that I have is that they don't open the restaurant for lunch or dinner. For that you have to get room-service.

“Worth it!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 August 2010

Very good location, nice breakfast. The only inconvenient I got was to crowdy because of a group of japanese tourists who were so noisy everymorning during breakfast.
Otherwise, the hotel has a very good location in front of the Ibirapuera Shopping and close to the wonderful Ibirapuera Park.
Beware of weekend fees, very cheap ones, with free cable internet in your room.
Totally recomend it!

“Nice hotel, 2005 construction, middle quality, middle service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 June 2010

Hotel is in a very good position, very close to interesting places such as Ibirapuera Park, Ibirapuera Shopping center, Avenida Paulista and the Municipal Market.
Placed in a residential and calm area, is surrounded by several nice restaurants.
Hotel is modern, essential, big and enough clean. Rooms are very comfortable but have a rather bad smell.
The bathroom is very comfortable and Internet connection is very fast.
Restaurant offers a good breakfast and a middle quality level buffet for dinner
Hotel do not offer money change service and in that area there are a lot of banks, but all without cash withdraw with international credit cards.
All in all, recommended.
