Be really careful before deciding staying in this hotel. They seems to be in a state of saving money everywhere. Because of this there are annoyances all over the place. Some thinks I dislike
- Free Wi-fi, but you are ur of luck to get a average internet connection. The internet is TERRIBLE, don't count on it
- Cleaning is unreliable, I had to ask to clean better some places, they forgot dirty and wet cleaning cloth on my chair and on my fridge, etc...
- The Solarium exists but is not available
- The Gym is a joke, old and missing equipments
- There is no business center, so if you need to print something you got to rely on favors from staff, which depends on who is there

Some good things:
- Location
- Front Desk Staff, Claudemir and Roberto are excellent. CLaudemir speaks a very good English
- Valet Parking: They have been great so far, fingers crossed.

I stayed here only 3 days and as a regular traveler I think this hotel is just an average one, not bad but for sure it can have a few improvements. The room was big, clean and comfortable. I can say the breakfast was the best part of it.

Hotel was perfect! The best about it is the location, near ibirapuera and so many good restaurants and bars around! Service and breakfast were pretty good too. I would definantely stay there again!

Stayed here first in November 2010 and again for a second time in July 2011. Hotel situated in Iberapuera – approx 10 minutes by taxi to the main business areas (taxis are cheap and plentiful).
Rooms are reasonably spacious – get one on a high floor for less noise (I was lucky both times). Breakfast OK – lack of toaster though if you are a toast fan. And in my second trip, during the winter season (July) there was no heating.......I am not sure whether Sao Paulo is geared up for cold temperatures.
Hotel has a bar – and an indoor swimming pool.
Situated in a reasonably safe neighbourhood (although always take care) – some nice restaurants and bars nearby.
Wireless internet provided – reasonable service although on occasions this was hit and miss.
Overall the hotel is ideal for business travel on a lower budget – I will probably use this hotel again in November (when the heating is not needed)!
