Hotel is nice in good loaction and staff was very helping and lovely. I asked for differents things and the take care in my questions, and if they haven't right informations, they can check and spent time for to help you in wath you need and they revert soon they know. Thanks for all!!

I stayed at this hotel while I was there for work for six days and the staff was truly top notch! All the little touches really made a difference - for example, they provide a complimentary pair of havaianas for each guest. The ones in the room when I arrived were a US size 9 - too big for me! After turndown service the first night, perfect size 6's were beside my bed. Amazing attention to detail. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were awesome - and I'm super picky. The complimentary breakfasts were fantastic, especially the fruit! Mango, caju, and atemoya abounded, no underripe melon and bruised apples like at other hotels. Each staff member greeted me with smiles and patience with my lack of Portuguese - every staff member I encountered also spoke English - and were just wonderful. A special shoutout to Alexandre, the conceirge, who obviously loves his job. He helped me almost every day with requests from reserving taxis, dinner reservations, restaurant suggestions, arranging tours, even printing my boarding pass and making sure my late check out was extended so I wouldn't have to wait in the lobby. He was simply fantastic, and made my stay 100% perfect. He always seemed to be there with a smile, an incredibly hard worker! I was even able to squeeze in a massage on my last day - ahhh-awesome! The location of the hotel was perfect for me since the meeting was IN the hotel but it's also a very easy walk to MASP, at least one mall, and plenty of places to eat and drink. Overall, a fantastic experience, L'Hotel - muito obrigada!

We stayed at L´Hotel Porto Bay last december. It is a great hotel! The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the staff is GREAT, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very well located, right next to the Avenida Paulista, very close to a metro station and in a very nice residential area where it is perfect to walk. It has 12 floors but it has a small, personalized feel to it. The food is delicious! Rates vary - so if their rates seem very steep check other web pages which sometimes offer better rates (such as expedia, octopus, etc.). Stay here!

Localização: excelente localização, a menos de 50 metros da Avenida Paulista, próximo ao metro. Em minha opinião, trata-se da melhor localização que um hotel pode ter em SP.

Lobby: extremamente luxuoso, estilo clássico, contendo um tapete Belga, do século XVI, retratando a vida de Marco António e Cleópatra, bem como diversos móveis e objetos de decoração do século passado.

Check-in: Ao chegar foi oferecido uma taça de espumante. Check in rápido e eficiente. Em menos de 10 minutos já estava em meu quarto com as malas entregues pelo mensageiro.

Quarto: Muito silencioso, aconchegante, ótimo tamanho, decorado com móveis sóbrios e elegantes, contendo ainda: televisão LCD, frigobar. Havia uma cesta com diversas frutas brasileiras, trufas de chocolates e lindos arranjos de flores pelo quarto e no banheiro.

Cama: A cama é um capítulo a parte. Trata-se da melhor cama de hotel que já dormi em toda minha vida.

Banheiro: ótimo tamanho, excelente banheira com uma forte ducha. Possui diversos amenities da marca L’ Occitane.

Café da manhã: Excelente café da manhã, com vários itens feitos pelo confeiteiro do hotel. Não deixe de experimentar a geléia de morango, também feita no próprio hotel. Na varanda do restaurante, pode-se desfrutar do café da manhã ao ar livre, com vista para a Alameda Campinas.

Lazer: O Hotel possui piscina, sauna e academia de ginástica, tudo isto localizado no último andar.

Equipe de recepção: Extremamente eficiente e cordial, o que não poderia ser diferente, tendo em vista que estão sob o comando da gerente de recepção, Sra. Herta Fardin, uma profissional sem igual.

Contras: em minha estadia não ocorreu nenhum ponto negativo.

Resumo: em virtude da agradável experiência que tive, não só pretendo retornar ao L’hotel, como também indico para qualquer pessoa que vá a SP, tanto a lazer quanto a negócios, pois é um hotel que, em minha opinião, não pode ser taxado como hotel para negócios, ou hotel para lazer, em virtude da localização, beleza e qualidade dos serviços, ou seja, é um hotel que agradará tanto um executivo, quanto uma família ou um casal que estejam de passagem por SP. Trata-se de um hotel com preço justo, onde o valor da tarifa vale cada centavo pago.
