I've stayed here, twice. I love love love love this hotel. I was in Sao Paulo for about a week for work in October. I've stayed at a the Fasano (which is also very nice) and hotel arts (good hotel too) But Emiliano stole my heart. Service was amazing. The downstairs restaurant is really good, a bit expensive, but hey your at the Emiliano and I loved the decor, the indoor outdoor garden, very Brazilian. The small communal bar area, I'd often go down to do work on my computer and have conversations with other business and leisure travelers. A few times, I didn't evern know, but I wound up talking to some famous Brazilian musician or artist, nice!

Oh but the rooms! The best, the beds are so comfortable, clean, and the modern decor is exactly my style! I also love how they greet you in your room with a bottle of wine. I never used the gym so I cant comment. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and always made sure I would travel the city very safely. Nice touch is they always had a hotel taxi for me, so I always felt safe. Right in Jardins on oscar freire your littereally in the middle of everything.


The rest of the decor for the hotel is very modern and trendly with a lofty feel and bright spaces with lots of sun. I love love love this hotel.

Fitness on the rooftop, amazing view over entire SP when working out. great bar. the best was probably the staff, accommodating, friendly and very attentive.
the only 'negative' were the elevators, very slow. but to me probably the best hotel in Brazil.

Probably the best level of service in São Paulo. Five star service without being snobby and relaxed atmosphere. Allowed us to harmonize some wine I had bought in Chile and Australia with our dinner.Sunday Brunch fantastic. Next to D.O.M Brazil's best restaurant voted 8th in Pellegino 2011, which allowed us to walk back after a lovely dinner.

My company used this hotel for a press conference and lunch in March 2011 and we were very pleased. The hotel is in a great location in Sao Paulo and has a nice boutique feel. While the hotel does not have a large amount of meetings and event space, the hotel makes up for it its design (uniqueness of meeting space), services, amenities, security and overall hospitality -- all top notch.
