I stayed at the Fasano for 3 nights when I was in Sao Paulo earlier this month. I had a really nice experience. The hotel is in a fun part of the city right next to a lot of shops and restaurants. My partner and I stayed in a suite on one of the upper floors. We had a nice view of the city. The room interior design was chic but understated. Nothing too trendy, but nice wood floors and a comfortable bed and furniture. What really set the Fasano apart for me was the service. From the moment, the hotel driver picked me up, to the time I checked out the staff was wonderful. They were at once professional and extremely friendly. I was truly sad to check out when the next leg of our trip began. The prices are high, but are standard at this level of hotel. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Sao Paulo.

For my first trip to Sao Paulo over Christmas, I could not have asked for a more wonderful hotel. Class, sophistication, and service. The one thing you notice is how quiet and peaceful the common areas are. Yes, the bar is expensive, but oh so comfortable. There are places to sit and be seen or tuck yourself away to not be seen. The spa services were delightful and actually reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious with a nice workspace and the bathroom large.

Location is perfect for walking and shopping. Not a lot of close restaurants but taxis are a whistle away. If you are walking not far to Ave Paulista, the hill is a little daunting to go up - I had to stop and catch my breath a couple of times.

All in all, a wonderful stay. Thank you to the staff and management - I can see why Fasano gets the #1 rating in SP.

I have been quite a few times to this hotel in the past three years and I must say that I love it! Great location, great food, spacious rooms with city view and friendly young staff. Nice top floor gym. Breakfast/restaurant staff need a bit of guidance but overall great place.

The hotel is extremely intersting with a unique style ! The restaurants with italian cuisine are the best in town. The room is confortable , chic and elegant with all the best amenities. But what really makes this hotel so amazyng is the service , probably the best one i have ever experienced . All the staff is efficient and nice, always ready to serve all your needs! Near Perfection ! The neighborhood is also a great attraction , full of cafes, restaurants and international and local brands ! Definitely the best in town.
