“What a service!!!!”

During my stay I experience some health problems, and I experience that phrase "like in home". The hotel service was very efficient and call me several times to check my state. I dont remember the name of the person who was in charge of the hotel front desk at that time...but excellent service. Apart from that the hotel is beautiful and with class.

Just arrived at Sao Pauolo Sofitel on R. Sena Madureira after a long flight from USA. Great service from the time arrived at the airport, great room with all comfort of the Ritz Carlton that we are used to. I highly recommend them.

Room Tip: The higher level corner suites have excellent view of all the landscapes and sky scraper.

“Wonderful Hotel and Excellent Service!”

The Sofitel Sao Paulo is a wonderful hotel in central Sao Paulo. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and internet service was excellent. Check out was a breeze. Overall wonderful experience!

I've been at the Sofitel for two nights Sept 30th to Oct 2nd. The good service has started at the check-in time. Room is excellent, big, comfortable, bathroom is also excelent with all kind of shampoos, Breakfast has excelent ham, eggs cooked as you ask for, croissants French made,
service is perfect. There is wi-fi in your room (included). The staff is also perfect.
