I often wonder why people rate business hotels as good when the fact is they are outdated, the front desk personnel is rude and the restaurant offers mediocre food at an additional cost. In my opinion a business hotel should be good period, after all people who travel often for business want the comfort in addition to a true business oriented hotel. This means that the people in the front desk are sensitive to people who travel and they should be attentive not act like they are forced to work in the hotel. The business tools as Internet (which they charge for), should be fast and not disconnect itself every time the mouse is idle. The rooms are like they were years ago, the charged enough and they should update them. My cusotner is one block away and that is why I chose this hotel, next time I will pay the taxi fare and go to another "true business hotel".

Very clean hotel with friendly staff but far away from touristy areas such as Paulista Ave and Praca de Se. Would prefer to stay in a hotel closer to Paulista Ave next time, which would also be closer to the international airport.

Very well located, in the middle of Vila Olimpia (nice nightlife spot), this hotel is modern and comfortable. Its a very quiet zone as well.
The room was spacious and very clean, the breakfeast is complete and the staff very attentive.
Once there dont miss the Jardineira barbecue restaurant, among the best in town... its only a few blocks away.
