In general the location is good: A stone's throw from paraiso subway station and a short walk to Paulista Avenue. as already been said, the front is facing a eight lanes street with lots of traffic. So we asked for a room facing the back, which we got: In general thiese rooms are more quiet, butt unfortunately a construction was going on next door, so also noise there... but tis should be over within a few months.
Besides that, the rooms are good, seperate living room and bedroom, little kitchenete, cable TV. WIFI is not included ( BR$ 12,- for 24h). We had a good rate without breakfast (would have been BR 16,- p.P. extra) We decided to have breakfast in a nearby lanchonette. The pool is small and more of decorative character. Staff was friendly, we could already check-in at 8:30 am and got a late checkout next day.

“Better options around”
Staff in general was rude and not trained. Rooms are just average. Noisy air conditioning and poor breakfast. Next time I'll go to other hotel.

“Spacious and central business hotel”

Pros:
- very spacious appartment: 2 room apartments with kitchen, sofa, sleeping room and all amenities you need
- nice rooftop swimming pool
- fitness center, not fancy but absolutely sufficient and well maintained
- typical Brazilian breakfast
- helpful and friendly staff
- nice view on the city
- very central location (important if you want to avoid the traffic jams of Sao Paulo)
- I had breakfast, internet, and parking included. However, I assume that this depends on the specific rate that you have.
Contra:
- a bit noisy, however, the rooms in the back of the hotel are quite ok, actually, I haven't seen (except the upper floors in the Hilton Hotel) any other hotel in Sao Paulo yet that is not noisy... that's Brazil!
- don't except top-luxurious style. However, the furniture was quite new, well maintained and practical. Only the bathroom was a bit small.
- low water pressure in the shower
