Rooms are dated, bathroom in particular. Main negative aspect for me has been the noise... Acustical isolation is inexistent!
Rooms in this winter season could becvery cold with no possibility to worm up.

I was really surprised at how professional this hotel was.

Great service, great staff. Close to restaurants as well as tradeshow facilities. Rooms were very nice. I was quite pleased to be staying here. Not too far from the airport also.

Only downside is that is is a way from the city business hubs if that is where you need to be.

Wasn't expecting to stay at this hotel but was put up there by TAM airlines after they delayed our flight by 17 hours. To the staff's credit the hotel was well prepared for the arrival of two coaches full of tired and frustrated passengers and check-in wasn't too painful.

The rooms are comfortable and airy. Bathrooms are a little dated although the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was pretty good and quite varied.

The roof-top swimming pool is quite large (although the Sao Paulo summer let it down), but the gym is very small and a bit of a token gesture.

Overall no complaints, but wouldn't stay here again as the location is a bit out of the way.
