My room was spacious with a good view. The hotel was clean and a buffet breakfast was included. The dining room in the hotel was adequate, but better dining options were located just across the street at a large mall. There was plenty of helpful service staff.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the public areas pleasant. However the room is not large, and the bathroom is very small. The decor is getting old and needs to be updated. The bathroom was not so clean, with some mould in the shower. The breakfast (included) is good, with a reasonable choice. Wifi is free, but rather unreliable.

Stayed one night for a workshop: overpriced food with poor quality and quantity; the fourth floor room had stains all over the bathroom and an old 21 inch tube TV; the single bed is ridiculously small, hardly comfortable; the equipment in the gym are rusted. Not only that they charge US$18,00 for one day use of a slow internet. Finally, they also don't provide any public phones inside the hotel!!!

Horrible service, overpriced and uncomfortable. You will find yourself better accommodated in any of the nearby hotels in the area.

After staying in Blue Tree, understand how a bad hotel can ruin your whole trip and keep you annoyed throughout your productive day.. hotel is dirty, no iron in room, no kettle, staff is ok, gym has dangerously old machines, front desk called my room three times in one day to confirm my name due to some error in their system.. and shopping centre across the road ia over priced from food to shopping...avoid avoid avoid.. if possible!
