This is an average business hotel with an absolute ok service and good breakfast (fresh fruits, sandwiches etc). Is situated in the Itaim Bibi and is close to the Parque do Ibirapuera and some shopping malls like Vila Olimpia (which has a number of shops of nice local brands). You could reach everything by foot, but nobody is doing this in Sao Paolo - its the emptiest megapolis i have ever seen especially on the weekends. The area is secure, so you could easily get around also to some restaurants with nice live music. The hotel could call taxi which accepts credit cards ( to the airport reals 120) and you should not miss the chance to get to Rua Avanhandava (around 20 reals) which is the only one pedestrian like street in Sao Paolo where all places (restaurants, bars and 1shop) are owned by one businessman.
Climb in Faria on the top floor and see the airplanes flying 100m over your head and then going down somewhere between the sky scrapers - is amazing (if u a re lucky, you could see the helicopter landing on one of the roofs). The street is noisy and also the location itself, but you could not get closer to feel the life of the growing upper middle class..
