For business meeting on Center Norte Expocenter this hotel is the best option. However it still need improvement in the room cleanness, environment ( air conditioning was not working ) and a awful bed.

Rooms was large and comfortable and the food surprisingly good, breakfast has everything you could want, wedges of fruit, scrambled egg, meats, cheeses and loads more although they don't seem to really do tea in Brazil (bring your own bags), these are the positives.
The negatives - hopeless internet, impossible to work as a result, also some of the staff were a bit surly when I wanted some help and I felt that I was an inconvenience to them, also I wasn't too pleased when the extremely noisy vacum cleaner started up at 6.45am outside my bedroom! other than that it was perfectly ok and I would return if I have to come back to Brazil anytime soon.
There is a very good shopping mall 5 min walk away with loads of places to eat and it is quite close to the airport - just 1/2 hour which is handy when you bear in mind the dreadful traffic in Sao Paulo.

My purpose of this trip was the Brasil F1 race and good hotels were full and booked month ahead time. This was my best choice 6 month ago. It is too far from anything (even the airport is 45min away). It is also 45 min to the Interlagos racetrack. It has a large shoping center nearby and few nice steak house. Other Novotel in Sao Paolo have a better location. This hotel is business use of the area.

One of the worst hotels I stayed in in a long time. Very bad service. Completely overpriced. Level of English, sub standard. The internet was terrible. Every other hour a new code had to be obtained. I have no intention in staying at this hotel again.
