The hotel was renovated recently. The room I stayed in had a great view and are fair. The linoleum wood like cover in the room is of poor quality and to me felt dirty all the time. The rooms have double glazed windows and the rooms are quiet. The reception was helpful, not really friendly, but helpful. Service overall is fair. The spa and gym area was closed over the duration ofmy sty, which I found quite unusual.

This was the first time that I had stayed at the Pullman in Sao Paulo. The hotel was extremely clean and you could definately tell that it has been recently updated. The front desk staff were very friendly a spoke great english. The restaurant and bar staff had a little more trouble with English. However, we were able to get by. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to work at the hospital down the street and I will definately be returning again.

Lovely hotel near ibirapuera park. Far from many places but not an issue since a cab is always there for you. My main concern is the friendliness of the staff. I requested non smoking room and am being placed in a smoking room.

I frequently travel to Sao Paulo on business. If you've traveled to Sao Paulo you know that hotels can be very expensive. However, sometimes there are good deals to be had. Before I book a room I usually at Orbitz, Travelocity or Expedia as well as sites where I am a preferred member. I have also learned which parts of town that I am comfortable in staying. I have found that Jardim and Moema are 2 of my favorite areas. I especially like to stay near Ibirapuera Park, Sao Paulo's park similar to New York's Central Park. I found this Pullman on Orbitz then went to the Pullman site where the rate was about the same and it actually allowed me to select a room with real information included other than" twin, queen or king bed". The hotel was recently renovated, it has clean modern design, the rooms are not large but they are s good as many 4 to 5 star hotels that I have been to in Sao Paulo. I booked rooms for myself and 2 colleagues who are physicians and they liked it enough to say that they would prefer to stay there for future visits. There isn't a lot of dinning choices but the hotel actually has a good small Italian restaurant 2 doors down the street and it is located in one of the best areas of Sao paulo with a number of the best restaurants in Brazil. The staff was very helpful. The business center is small. The gym okay. I like to run when its safe and Ibirapuera Park is only about a quarter mile away via side streets and a pedestrian overpass and its a great place to run, walk or just get some fresh air. The did notice that the prices fluctuate quite a bit. I was fortunate to get our rooms at a really rate. I plan on staying at this property again.
