the staff are great. location is very good. love the food court. rooms are small. area is noisy. food standard of hotel not that impressive. many choice of restaurants around hotel.

The location was in a good area, and easy to walk around to nearby restuarants and bars. The rooms were comfortable - nothing spectacular, but clean and big enough to spread out and not feel like everything is crammed onto a table or chair. As many other reviewers states, the free internet was ridiculously slow....took almost 2 minutes just to load a "Google" home page. Breakfast was not good, ended up finding the Starbucks in the adjacent shopping area, as well as a little bakery just up the road. The hotel staff seemed indifferent, didn't really have any recommendations on places to eat or see. Luckily I had some co-workers who knew where to go, otherwise wouldn't have known better. For the money, I'd say it's overpriced for the value, but overall, the hotel served it's purpose, as a safe, clean place to stay.

I was on business and needed one night stay in Sao Paulo fairly close to Conghonas Airport and selected this one as the price was moderate and I am a Priority Club member. The room was nice, lots of space, bed was a little hard however. The Shower had great water preasure (that is always a very nice bonus).

Behind the hotel was a courtyard connecting a number of resturants and a covered place to eat outside if you wanted or have a glass of wine. Very nice plus! I felt very save walking around looking at the shops and resturants by myself. There were a number of security folks out, but not too many to disturb the atmosphere. Also a starbucks (:

The cinema was also very close. Most movies in Brazil are in English with Portugese subtitles except for childrens movies as they can not probably read yet.

For work I would definately stay here again,,, even for longer stays than 1-2 days. I have been to Sao Paulo 5-6 times and not sure what tourist things there are here (I am sure there are... just not sure) ... never ventured out because of safety... but felt safe walking in the plaza behind the hotel.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Again,,, would recommend the hotel.

I found this hotel to be in a good area but comparatively speaking this hotel is overpriced based on the services received and quality of the lodging experience. The hotel is basically a place to sleep and is completely devoid of character. On premise restaurant (breakfast) is underwhelming and not in line with the cost of the overnight stay. Carpets are worn, towels are worn, very poor housekeeping... Very nice shower though, good pressure so that made up for some of it but not to justify staying here again. Free internet is good enough to read online emails but that is about it as trying to download anything is painfully slow.
