I can't believe that in these days & ages a hotel can stay open in these conditions. If my wife wasn't pregnant and my 4 year old crying to find a bed, I would have drove through the night. Unfortunately, every other hotel in town was full, and we were forced to stay here. The only room left was a 2 room suite for $129/night. What a crock!!! There should be a law against this type of atrocity!!! The room was filthy, one outside door didn't even lock, I had to put a chair in front of it. It's the only time my daughter has ever cried herself to sleep being scared and upset because it was so very nasty. I've travelled all over the country and this by far has got to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. When I complained about it, the manager conveniently charged me too much, and had I not reviewed the bill and gone back, I would have paid $20 more!!! Did I mention I'd rather sleep in the car next time than waste one cent in this roach motel!!! They truly are a disgrace to the business. Where is the health department in Bay Minette????????

The only reason we stayed was because of the high speed internet access-such a joke. Our room had ciggaret burns everywhere (we asked for a non smoking room) and the bathroom absolutely disgusting. Mold everywhere!!!!!! Steve the asst. manager-what a joke. One of the rudest people I have ever met. No apologies or compensation. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Days Inn-at least it is clean!

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It smelled horrible like animal urine, it was not clean, and the staff was incompetent. I strongly suggest you stay some where else even if you have to drive a long distance.

This hotel is nasty and unsanitary. We found long black hairs in the shower, around the toilet and on the pillows in the bed. It looked as if the room had not been cleaned in months. The air conditioner also did not work. We asked the manager for a refund but he refused. He told us to call the owner & we did but so far, he hasn't even returned our call.
