Stayed here on a business trip. the rooms are spacious and the hotel is about 10 minuts ride from the airport. Did not eat anything from the hotel but the menu seemed pretty decent. The reception is prompt in giving wake up calls and organizing taxi service. the checkin did take a little longer than usual, but thats due ti the language barrier. over all had a comfortable stay at the hotel.

As a solo female traveler, I have stayed at this hotel 4 times with the last being Oct 2010. Traveling from Canada, the flights are long and I tend to want to rest one night in SAO before connecting to my final destination. The front staff are wonderful although english can be challenging to some but I have found in all times they are very helpful and willing to do all possible. The rooms are comfortable and a bit of a view, the bathrooms were small - but that might be different in the type of rooms you choose. I choose the most econmical. The restaurant on site is very convenient as I did not want to venture out late at night by myself. The do offer a shuttle service to the city's main shopping mall, I plan to try that next time. I only have couple concerns, it can be noisy as their is construction around this area but this would only be during normal working hours and the other is the schedule of the shuttle bus. They tend to start out on time in the morning but sometimes traffic or situations can tend to take them off schedule - so just plan for it. The shuttle takes approx 15-20 to the airport.
I will be staying there again next time I travel through SAO.

The rooms are small and not very luminous, but I give them an excellent for the great staff at the reception. While I was there, there were lots of "stranded" crewmembers of a cruiseliner, who couldnt leave Brazil because of some burocratic-crap, and the guys were always friendly and tried to solve all problems. Some of them speak also very good english, spanisch always helps anyway. Internet was free, you can simply plug in your laptop, its not very fast, but enough to check mails and make a few calls. The breakfast is much better than in many other restaurant, especially the variety of bread is impressive. You can in the restaurant a la carte as well, or do all you can eat from the buffett, but I didnt like what was offered there.

The area looked lively, anyway, when we arrived we asked, if there is any place to go close to the hotel and the guys told us, better not to leave the hotels...when locals say that, there must be some truth in it...

The Airport-Shuttle also works perfect. The Shuttle leaves the Airport always at xx:15 at Terminal 2 Wing D Groud Floor and its a free service. The trip is - depending on the traffic - a 15minute drive.

Good, comfortable, reasonably priced, good dinner and breakfast, helpful staff (some English speaking)
Large room, shower only, but all the standard amenities are available, and the hotel is clean and well maintained.
Free shuttle to and from Guarulhos International Airport.+- 15 minutes travel time.
We found this hotel by just catching a bus outside the airport teminal, due to missing a flight, and having to spend an unplanned night before catching a flight next day.The only caveat I WOULD make is that its possibly not in the very best of areas of Guarulhos, so security may be an issue if you go out alone or on foot, particularly at night - call a taxi rather !
