I stayed one night in this hotel in January 2012 and had a positive overall experience. As mentioned by previous reviewers, this is two hotels in one. Was booked in the Park side which is a premium offering exclusively in the tower. They have a different set of elevators and nice furnishings. Room was clean, well maintained, quiet and spacious.

A few areas of improvement....
Hotel Shuttle: I had a 2am flight out of the international airport and was surprised to learn that their free airport shuttle doesn't run at midnight. They did arrange for a taxi and it was 23 Brazilian Reals. Having to pay defeated part of the purpose of staying at an airport hotel. Poorly done.

Baggage service: They immediately wanted to handle my bag and deliver it to the room. Not a problem, however, 15 minutes later my bag remained downstairs. I went downstairs to check on it and no one was around. Grabbed the bag and wheeled it to my room. No questions asked if it was mine and no hotel staff asked any questions. Leave your bag with them at your peril.

Room Service: Ordered room service and was impressed with the speed of the delivery. However, the pasta was tasteless and bill mighty expensive. Unless you really have to, I would choose an alternative.

I spend several nights there every year and use is as a meeting point with clients arriving by air. It is easy to get to by car from Sao Paulo and has a shuttle to the airport every 20 mins with a dedicated spot on either end of the airport. The rooms are fairly spacious and kept very clean. The free WiFi is one of the fastest of any hotel I've been to. Even though the hotel is next to the airport, it is absolutely quiet. The bar and restaurant are pretty good and offer a good variety of foods, though most people seem to use the resonably well assorted buffet.

I like this hotel for a night or two. Ive stayed here 5 times last year. Its set up for business and stopovers / speedy checkout and check in. Rooms in the tower are better, but all room are ok. Great Caparinhas at the bar to relax, very close to airport, good restaurant. Quick taxi takes you to a big safe shopping mall to get those gifts for family. Speedy internet. They seem to know just what business travellers need. Proof is that I see a lot of aircrews checking in here.

I have spent three nights here on three different occasions. Two of them at the Park -side which is a little bit of a premium choise with it's front office in the upper floor where you can check in and out and have breakfast at the lounge. The Business-side uses the main reception in the lobby.

Overall the hotel is a great choise when you are flying in/out of Guarulhos as it is close by and the shuttle works great. The rooms are large, well equipped, quiet and offer the kind of comfort any business traveller can appreciate. Breakfast and the restaurants are really good.

However, I would not really recomment paying the premium for the "Park" -side as the room is basically the same, breakfast offered in the lounge is basically the same as in the main restaurant albeit a bit more tranquil and depending on the timing you might need to use the main reception anyway as the upstairs frontdesk is not open 24h.
