its 9 mins ride from GRU airport with their free airport shuttle, once you get to the hotel you far away from every thing, no gym ad it is boaring there, also very pricy 65 real for buffet $50 USD.
room it self is Ooookey, coud been better, older furnature and looks like they put very little investmen in thier bed, matress is very uncomfty.
business center is unbusiness orinted, u have to keep asking for a pass word, and call some one every time you print.
Its OK if you have to stay near airport, other wise look in staying down town,better deal and more to see and do.

Multiple stays during one month, and no big complaints.Try not to get a room with an internal door to another room, as they do not isolate well for noise.

I spent some hours in a day use in this hotel, when i was waiting for my international flight and it was a smart choice. Very good breakfast, good room size, comfortable beds. The reception desk was not so nice, but nothing is perfect.

Stayed here for 3 nights during August (3 different nights, not in a row). All three times I found the level of service from all staff there very high. Everywhere was very clean. Breakfast great. Shuttle bus easy to use and very useful. Perfect if you are travelling in and out of the airport, and don't want to get involved in Sao Paolo city. Got free internet which was great.
