“Hope you don't need extra bed...”

We choosed this hotel only for one night, waiting for a flight next day. As we are a couple with an 11 years old daughter, we asked for a room with an extra bed. When we arrived, the extra bed wasn't marked in our resevation. The receptionist solved the problem. But the room we received had a sofa as extra bed and it was awful to sleep there, and even for a person wit 1,57m high , the feet didn't fit in the bed! After this, I received a research from the hotel. I filled the whole research , made a comment about the bed, and received as answer that I was advised that the extra bed would be a sofa and next time I should try 2 bedrooms instead of one. :( Not possible when you have as 11 years old kid... I will try another option in Guarulhos next time I need to....

“Not worth your MONEY!!!”

This hotel is normally R$ 267,00 for a single room, and has a 4-star rating, but what they don't tell you is that you will PAY FOR EVERYTHING. Lunch is an all you can eat buffet that cost R$ 30,00 but if you want dessert that's another R$ 7,00 per person. If you want the WIFI that's another R$ 12,00 and breakfast is not free. That cost R$ 16,00 per person. Sao Paulo has LOTS of good hotels and ALL of them give you breakfast and internet for free. Save your money for shopping and stay away from here!

The room were nice and quiet. The hotel restaurant is a bit overpriced. Good if you want to stay close to Sao Paulo airport. There is a free shuttle from the Airport to the hotel every full hour. It leaves on the ariival hall exit, right site past the taxi counter.
