Stayed at the Hotel Vitoria Campinas for 2 nights and found the hotel to be expensive for the value that it offers.
There is construction on site as the hotel is expanding so you get a lot of noise since early morning, even on weekend days.
The rooms are large enough but the bed is too hard and low for my taste.
The bathroom is very small with no room even for towels and toiletries; the shower runs to every possible direction except they one you want...there is a lot of room for improvement here.
There are two great restaurants at the hotel, one Italian and one Japanese.
The breakfast buffet is free but it is very small with few options.
The gym is almost a joke with only 1 treadmill working at times.
The wifi is free but it breaks down at times which is annoying.
When asked if they they could hold my luggage for a couple of hours after check-out, they declined arguing something about laptop safety...
Unfortunately, Campinas does not offer many choices for business travelers but next time I am in the area, I will definitely try a different place.
