I stayed at this hotel for 16 days with my partner during the month of December/10
Plus:
- It's well located above a very beautiful and elegant shopping center open daily until around 10pm.
-The rooms are spacious and pratically decorated (ask for a quiet one).
Mins:
-The recepcionists need to be trained in order to provide a better service and to learn how to be efficient. They spend too much time on the phone and checking their computers while there were guests awaiting to be attended. It happened quite often. They are the first face of the hotel and need to give a good imjpression.
-The rooms have only one hand towel and one bath towel. For extra towels, (we are a couple), we had to go down to the reception and pick them up every single day.
-The hotel change the police related to bed sheets and decided not have it as standard but to have a thick duvet only. Brazil is warm, so it's not easy to understand such a decision. Again we had to go down and pick up bed sheets every single day.
-The cleaners were very friendly but the rooms weren't well cleaned. There was dust on the furnitures and some little pieces of trash were still remaining on the corners on the ground since the day we arrived (from previous guests) until the last day we left,
I hope they can work on it.
