When I booked a reservation on this Sofitel Hotel my expectations were high.
The overal experience was really good, but I expected more.
It´s not a big hotel, so the common areas such as the restaurant, the pool and gym are too small for a five star hotel.
The room has a nice decor, good size, but a small closet and bathroom.Most of the rooms have lateral views of the bay.
The staff is really helpful and gentle.
It must be the best hotel in Florianopolis downtown, so a great option if want to visit a lot of the island´s beaches.You can have a safe port to refuel your energies by the end of the day.
Room Tip: The rooms on the right, have better views, then the ones on the left side of the building.
