My wife and I spent 10 wonderful nights at the hotel and it was perfect. It is a beautifully landscaped property with the most friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and polite staff you could ask for. Each day starts with a Brazilian breakfast buffet in the wonderful restaurant on the beach and then your choice of outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, health club or our favorite, the beach. The hotel is on the beach and the staff sets up chaise lounges, umbrellas and tables wherever you want and you can order from the restaurant all day. Valet parking is included and we rented a car to explore this beautiful and mostly underdeveloped paradise. The restaurant serves Brazilian specialties at night with very good seafood and several nights had live music. I think it's very reasonably priced for the quality and we plan to return in the future. I stayed at the Hotel for 14 days, and my overall experience was extremely positive. Excellent location, beach front with all facilities one can expect. Waiters and all personnell in genral were highly trained and very friendly. I would also recommend the hotel for families as the hotel sports 8 ample bungalows which offer total freedom. The sea front reastaurant is breath taking and extremely romantic at night.
I also visited their second Hotel which belongs to the group. It's located in Ponta das Canas and is just as good as this one. The sea is calmer and the location and surroundings are wonderful. This could also be an excellent choice of stay.
A must in the beautiful island of Florianopolis.
