I've stayed at this property a few times over the years and its consistantly good overall. The large mall across the street has a good gourmet grocery, theater and great gym among other things. The neighborhood is safe and has many dining options. The hotel itself is 14 floors facing the bay. Rooms are larger than many Brazilian hotels. Our room had a queen size bed and large desk but no couch or chair. Rooms were clean, bed firm and just fine. The breakfast was basic Brazilian....fresh fruit, eggs, pastries, etc. the restaurant staff were unpleasant and always seemed to have a frown on their face. Getting your car can take too long, call ahead. Overall, its fine.
