We were told by others that this hotels bed is the best and after staying there we can say it is right. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is great. Breakfast was also amazing.

I loved staying here. The room is large, it had a great view and huge picture windows. The bed was comfy and the minibar was well stocked. Room service was prompt and the food was outstanding. The location cannot be improved, next to the best mall and lots of places to visit, including some great pubs packed with beautiful garotas!

This may just be the most modest Sheraton in its network, but it is still the best place to stay in Porto Alegre. Excellent location, next to a shopping mall, a park, and to "Rua Padre Chagas", a cute little street lined with bars and boutiques, very lively days and evenings.

The hotel is more of a four-star standard, but still beats the others in this relatively small town; the service is perfect, roof-top pool with a view of the city, good breakfast buffet, bedrooms are comfortable.

Small lobby area, however nice connection to small shopping center. The rooms are old and smelly. They need immediate renovation. Nothing impressive about this hotel. The staff is friendly. This is not a five star hotel by European standards. Comfortable bed.
