Only stayed one night but the staff was friendly. The room was super clean and very quiet. Also had a great view of Porto Alegre from the balcony.

I stayed in this hotel in a business trip. It is a good hotel, with nice staff at the reception desk and not so nice staff at the breakfast. It is curious, because the breakfast is served in the same restaurant where the service at lunch and dinner is perfect. Maybe they change the employees or they just wake up in a bad mood. Who knows?
Something that is really important to me,an allergic person, is the cleanliness, the duvet and the floor: no carpet! The hotel hallway and common areas have carpet, but the room is free from any furry covering.
There are many and large mirrors in the bathroom and in the room. I know people who don't care at all about looking at mirrors, but I think it is essential if you are on business.
The TV set is adjustable to be watched from the bed, from the sofa or from the bathroom. They offer a good choice of channels.
My hairdryer was broken and they loaned me a better one.
This was the second time I stayed there. The first time was very fast, just one night, and I didn't miss a fitness room. These last four days, however, would have been much better if the hotel had a fitness room. The food in South Brazil is great, but too much great: it makes people fat easily.

This is a nice hotel in a very nice neighborhood. If you want to have a good impression of the city, it's a great choice. There are rooms with river view that are just great.There's not much around though. There's a supermarket walking distance but that's basically it. I'd recomment it in case you rented a car or have no problems in taking a taxi. It's just not budget, but it's not easy to find a good hotel in a nice area in the city, so I can't say it's overpriced.

I frequently stay at the Blue Tree Towers Porto Alegre on my business trips to the city and highly recommend it. Rooms are large and confortable with a clean and simple design and decoration. Service is very good and complemented with a very enthusiastic and warming staff. The hotel is situated in one of the best and calmest neighbourhoods of Porto Alegre. The only minus about this hotel is its restaurant. The food is so bad that i gave up eating there and calling for room service, breakfast is also only average. So please work on the quality of your restaurant. Because there aren't many options nearby, some customers (me included) might wanna consider other hotels since they don't want to get out and eat at night after a full day of work. Another issue that needs improvement is the lack of a customer loyalty and reward program.
